The terms that govern the repair, data-recovery, and managed-IT services we provide, and your use of this website.
Last updated: May 2026By engaging us for service or using this website, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We provide device repair, data recovery, managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, website, and related technology services. The scope of any engagement is defined by the quote, work order, or service agreement you approve. We may decline or discontinue work where it is unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our capabilities.
By providing a device for service, you represent that you are the owner or are authorized to permit service on it, and you authorize us to perform diagnostics and the approved work. You acknowledge that some repairs and recoveries carry inherent risk, including the possibility of data loss or that a device cannot be repaired or data cannot be recovered.
We stand behind our work. Repair labor and the parts we install are covered by a limited warranty for the period stated on your invoice or work order. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover:
Contact us promptly if you believe a repair is not holding, and we will make it right under the applicable warranty.
Monthly support plans (such as Business IT Care, Secure IT Care, and Business Tech Care Plus) are governed by the service agreement you sign, which defines scope, devices covered, response expectations, term, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Plans are designed to be flexible; cancellation and change terms are stated in your agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Tech Experts is not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Because repair and recovery can result in data loss, we strongly recommend backing up important files before any service. We are not responsible for data that is not backed up.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in the courts serving Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
